Pia Huang
Founder, President & CEO
Pia Huang is a distinguished professional known for her significant contributions in the realms of arts, antiques, and business management. Born in Changsha, Hunan province, China, she embarked on her career journey back to the early 2000s. Pia held the pivotal role of Purchasing General Manager at Huang Dynasty Arts and Antiques Company, a private family enterprise, where she meticulously oversaw business management and data administration for the family logistics company.
Pia pursued her academic endeavors at the Hunan Academy of Forestry, now recognized as Central South University of Forestry and Technology. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Engineering, complemented by a Masters in Data Administration and Chinese Literature.
As the Founder and President of the Jackson Art Foundation, Pia brings to the forefront her decades of experience bridging the East and West. In this leadership role, she diligently oversees all facets of business management and development, ensuring the foundation's continued success.
Throughout her tenure as the Purchasing Manager at The Evolution Store, a natural history establishment in SoHo, NYC, spanning from 2005 to 2012, Pia demonstrated her acumen by attending national and international trade shows to select new items. Her expertise extended beyond procurement, showcasing proficiency in customer service, adept inventory management, skilled vendor negotiation, and the strategic development of the company's website. These capabilities not only enriched her role in purchasing but also formed the foundation for her subsequent engagements in the finance domain.
In 2015, Pia transitioned into the realm of finance as an Accounting Assistant at Institutional Investor LLC, a prominent entity within the London-listed Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC group. In this capacity, she coordinated with CFOs and Financial Controllers, participated in sales tax audit hearings, and validated revenue transaction data.
From 2015 to 2022, Pia took on roles in Data Administration and Marketing at Institutional Investor LLC, a prominent entity within the Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC group. Her expertise in Salesforce administration, data quality assurance, and marketing automation played a pivotal role in the company's success. Pia demonstrated proficiency in utilizing tools like Cloudingo, Monday.com, and Qualtrics, showcasing her versatility in managing various aspects of data and marketing.
Pia's commitment to continuous learning is evident in her academic pursuits, including courses at Liberty Tax and New York University, focusing on tax and English language skills. Her linguistic capabilities include fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English.

William M. Noe
Chairman
William M. Noe is an advisor to the Royal Counsel of the Kingdom of Kush and Vice Chairman of Fortune Empire, LLC, an international financial advisory that is contributing management skills, logistical support and financial acumen to the Kingdom of Kush. He brings his 50+ years on Wall Street to advise the senior leadership of the Kingdom of Kush on financial and organizational matters.

He is active in private transactions in the art and commodities markets by matching major buyers with owners of significant asset that need to be monetized. Because of his extensive relationships, built over decades, he is able to bring private sellers and major institutional buyers together to close most discrete significant transactions.

William is also the Managing Partner – US Operations for ADAC Investments Management, LLC, based in Hong Kong which manages a real estate development fund with over US$2.5 Billion in capital. Presently, ADAC is investing in factories in the Carolinas in the home building products by bringing Chinese AI-guided and machine learning manufacturing equipment in partnership with US companies to bring jobs back to the USA by shortening the supply chain and making legacy US companies more efficient.

William established his family office, Asset Development Corporation, in 1974 to make investments in technology, real estate developments and natural resource projects.

Mr. Noe is currently the Chairman of the Financial Analysts and Money Managers Society, Inc., a non-profit organization of senior members of the Wall Street financial community. He has taught at the New School University of New York City, lectured at conferences hosted by the National Association of Home Builders and been a speaker at many financial industry events. Mr. Noe holds a M.B.A. (Finance) from the Harvard Business School and BA in Economics from the University of Southern California.
Mansa Suliman AL Kushi

Dr. Mansa Suliman AL Kushi embarked upon his distinguished professional odyssey in the early 1990s, commencing as a career diplomat intern at le Quai D’Orsay in Paris, France, and La Bourse de Paris, subsequently known as Euronext Paris—the eminent French Stock Exchange. Transitioning to Wall Street, Mr. Levy further honed his skills and solidified his pedigree through tenures at illustrious entities, including Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan, Franklin Group, and Fortune Empire. As a Managing Partner he played an instrumental role in shaping the trajectory of the Asset Management Platform, specifically tailored for Ultra High Net Worth individuals and family offices across the intricate landscapes of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Drawing upon his extensive background in Trading and Investment Banking, Mr. Levy transitioned his focus to the intricate realm of Oil & Gas companies. A luminary during his Investment Banking years, he exhibited a profound concentration on Oil & Gas Producers, Refiners, and entities championing sustainable energy infrastructure globally. His endeavors facilitated the establishment of energy infrastructure and the seamless trading of physical commodities across diverse continents.
In his capacity as the Co-Founder of Fortune Empire, Dr. Mansa Suliman AL Kushi executed a strategic vision that propelled the platform's growth, elevating deal flows for Family Offices, Institutions, and Entrepreneurs alike. His leadership manifested in the initiation of pivotal business activities, forging enduring relationships with key suppliers, and navigating the firm into substantial international relations with major state-owned oil refineries.
At PB Petroleum, Dr. Mansa Suliman AL Kushi assumed a pivotal role, meticulously structuring the organization for transactions with the world's preeminent End Users, logistics companies, and a substantial volume of oil and gas products. Michelle is a globally recognized Blockchain/ Artificial Intelligence & Digital Transformation expert with vast knowledge of the emerging technologies and Fintech ecosystem in many countries across the world. Michelle is one of the pioneers in Blockchain and Artificial intelligence sectors having spent 11 years in an industry that is 12 years. Throughout this time period and previous 10 years Michelle has worked on exploring E-commerce - Digital Trade related initiatives including the role that emerging technologies play in supporting a healthy Digital Economy and Trade ecosystem especially as it links to emerging markets and African Markets.
She is also Senior Adviser working with several Governments including the Government of Bermuda, and works to support Governments of African Union Member States and the AfCFTA Secretariat on regulatory and policy frameworks linking to the Digital Economy and Trade Ecosystem. A Digital Trade Expert and member of the AfCFTA Ad- Hoc Digital Trade Task Force working on the Digital Trade Protocol. Some examples of countries she has worked in Africa include Nigeria, Zambia, South Africa, Senegal, Morocco, Kenya. Globally she has worked in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, United States of America, United Kingdom, Singapore, Taiwan, Switzerland, Netherlands, Brussels, France, Hungary and many other parts of Europe.

Michelle now runs and owns the only ESG driven Black African female-led FinTech/Blockchain group in the UK (Global Policy House -GPH) globally focused on the Digital Economy covering areas including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Data, Cybersecurity, Digital currency, Digital Assets and Digital Trade. GPH is also leading in supporting countries developing digital asset regulation and implementation strategies working across global markets. An example is working with the Government of Bermuda over the last 7 years to establish Fintech ecosystems, digital trade strategies and economic diversification programmes to grow the country. In addition, working with the regulator, Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) on the formation of Digital Asset Regulation (DABA Act), the first in the world. In addition, for over 15 years, Michelle leads her team working on a range of global plans around economic diversification and integration, sustainability, digital trade, digital skills and digital transformation programmes with various groups including the United Nations, Google, AfCFTA, Commonwealth, International Chambers of Commerce, World Trade Organization, and G20- B20 group.
GPH is passionate about impact and developing gender and youth centric sustainable ethical digital products that are directed to address the needs of all people especially women, youth and ethnic minority groups, a passion of the GPH CEO. Michelle also holds several board positions including Chair of Government of Bermuda FinTech Advisory Board, Senior Advisor and Taskforce member of the Digital Transformation and Trade Working Group of the African Union which represents 54 Member states and Heads of Government in Africa; Digital Trade Expert for the AfCFTA and part of the Digital Transformation and Africa Integration Taskforce of the G20-B20. Michelle has been recognised as a young thought leader and investor in the Digital Economy field working at the highest level with governments, policy leaders, Big-tech, family offices, investors, women’s groups, central banks and corporates around the world. She has been at the forefront of global Blockchain and Digital Economy projects focused on promoting evidence-based, scalable and inclusive digital solutions addressing some of the world’s biggest challenges including around climate change, monetary innovation, financing, food security, gender inclusion and education. Michelle is particularly passionate about Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security and data-driven technology solutions. At her firm the group is exploring the impacts and the sustainability of these emerging technologies to help in economic integration, policy development and in advancement of economies across the world in particular in Africa. Jeff Miller, is Senior Vice President and Media Director of Fortune Empire, a global business platform connecting investors in the Middle East with growth companies seeking capital. In addition, Jeffrey Miller is also a Managing Partner of Communication and Media at PB Petroleum. His excellent communication skills and listening skills plays an important role at PB Petroleum.
Earlier in his career, Jeff was the managing director and on the executive committee of a prestigious Biotech Venture Fund which became the leading global venture capital and merchant banking firm for life sciences in the world with over $1.5 Billion under management.
Earlier, Jeffrey founded Miller Communications Group in the Bay Area to provide high-tech start-ups with sophisticated business and financial skills. Jeff has launched successful media businesses in New York and Silicon Valley and has built a career in the life sciences and information technology industries. Jeffrey has worked with many notable executives in the technology and media industries, including Bill Gates, Michael Dell and William Ziff Jr. Mr. Miller served as a top-level executive in the media business, including 10 years with Ziff-Davis Publishing Company, and then with Nielsen Business Media, IDG Publications; he was the associate publisher of PC Magazine, publisher of Mac User Magazine and associate publisher of the Internet Industry Standard and the Journal of Life Sciences. Mr. Miller is a graduate of The Pace University Lubin School of Business with a Master in Business Administration degree.
